The Georgia Bureau of Investigation published a data of birth for Tara Faye Grinstread as November 14th, 1974.

Using this date to erect a Natal Chart for Tara's birth I will attempt to interpret her star placements in an effort to gain some insight into her disappearance, her abductor, and hopefully a location.

I noted that Tara has four planets all transitting the sign of Scorpio at her birth; if she was born sometime before 11:30 AM on the 14th of November she will also have her Moon in the sign of Scorpio making five birth planets deposited in Scorpio.

This high concentration of Scorpio in her chart would indicate that Tara's disappearance is directly related to someone who she knows (not a stranger) and who she has been intimate with whether at the time of her disappearance or in the past.

I also noted that Tara had the planet Uranus at birth transitting the 29th degree of Libra. On 10/22/05 @ 11:00 PM (when it was reported it was the last time someone saw her alive) both the Sun and the planet Jupiter were holding the same exact celestial measurement of 29 degrees Libra. This astronomical finding is not common place and so it leads me to believe that it holds a very vital link to who brought harm to her.

Her own natal Sun in Scorpio trining Saturn and conjunct Venus is revealing to me someone who is very good looking and who is set in a career that involves some form of public recognition. The Scorpio/Cancer connotation suggests a law enforcement authority (Sun in Scorpio) or a high level care giver and/or protector (Saturn in Cancer).

Due to transitting Mercury's activity over her Natal Sun/Venus conjunction at the time of her disappearance, I would give the law enforcement angel more weight. This aspect would also describe the person to have dark hair and eyes, well built on the stocky side, and with a wave in his hair.

Sadly, I have also arrived at the conclusion that she has past. There are three heavily influential aspects pertaining to death occuring at her disappearance. They involve transitting Pluto's conjunction to her progessed Sun, transitting Saturn's square to her natal Mars, and transitting Merucry's conjunction over her natal Sun. In addition, and moreover, her progressed Moon was forming an opposition to her natal place Saturn. Another interpretation of the Pluto/Sun aspect suggests that this man was obsessed with her and angry because he lost control over her. The Sun/Jupiter conjunction over her natal Uranus tells me that on an impulse her assailant decided to try to persuade Tara to his way of thinking.

The Sun/Jupiter conjunction transitting the last (finishing) degrees of the Libra zodiac sign tells me he wanted to be done (finished) with this relationship (Libra) and was making an attempt to sway her one last time.

Locations for her Remains

In the past cases of abduction that I have observed, when the exact time of abduction was know, a planet in the natal chart exactly align with a mathematical position at the most east point of the horizon at the time of the disappearance or the abduction. Using this, it can be figured to find an exact time of danger happening to Tara.

In this case, it appears to be 11:50 PM when her Natal Saturn (restriction) would be conjuncting the ascendant rising @ 18 degrees of Cancer. The keywords here are Ascendant (Body/Face), Saturn (OLD or DEPRESSED) in Cancer (emotional authority figure).

Re-erecting the disappearance chart for 11:50PM on the 22nd it can now be used for locational purposes. In this particular case, there are planets scattered around the chart making it difficult to hone in on a high energy direction for gravitational pull. The planets' strength has to be weighed.

However, I would make an educated guess that she is no less than 8 miles or more than 20 miles away from her home. The high concentration of the water sign Scorpio in her chart certainly suggests water. The Sun/Jupiter conjunction moving over her natal Uranus suggests a Bridge or Railway. Where is there water moving under a bridge or railway falling on the vectors lines in the map below at the marked x's below?

Note: Apply a 1/4 of mile orb to both sides of the vector lines.

Location Possibility #1 & #2 - The Moon and Uranus are trining tightly and both are a high indication of movements for Tara.

1. The Moon (290 degrees bearing) direction at 8 miles fall near Stripling Lake Dam. At 20 miles it falls near CR 33 & Bussey Road.

The Moon and Uranus trining tightly are a high indication of movement for Tara. The Moon heads out towards the west (Mystic Highway 32) and Uranus heads towards the railroad inbetween 319 and Frank Road. Venus and Pluto conjunct are position south by east right below Doughlas Hwy 32The Sun/Jupiter conjunction is pulling direction south by east of her home near 129.

2. The Uranus (030 degrees bearing) direction at 8 miles falls near Pelican Road. At 20 miles it falls near China Hill Road.

Location Possibility #3 - Venus and Pluto (108 degrees bearing) conjunct are positioned south by east right below Doughlas Hwy 32. At 8 miles it falls at Satilla Creek. At 20 Miles it falles at near CR 45.

Location Possiblity #4 - The Sun/Jupiter (180 degrees bearing) conjunction is pulling direction south by east of her home near 129. At 8 miles falls CR 9. At 20 miles it falls at CR 103.

Her name, TARA GRINSTEAD

This next technique can be quite fascinating, and brutatly honest. Just the the anagram OLD WEST ACTION speaks the truth about the famous actor CLINT EASTWOOD, so will some of the anagrams that can be out of Tara's name.

Such as when I used the word DANGER from her name to for the anagram, DANGER START with the I and the A left over, could that mean the DANGER START ed In the Am.

I found the word TRIST in her name, which of course is an romantic affair, and also which is correctly spelled TRYST, but the pronouciation is spelled TRIST. The word used in an anagram is A TRIST, A DANGER.

I thought finding the word STAGED interesting, and so, found the anagram STAGED TARRAIN, which means, someone STAGED an AREA around her house, her car, her belongings. Yes, TARRAIN is spelled incorrectly, but the sound is there.

While thinking about the high concentration of water (Scorpio) being highlighted in her natal chart and finding the word DRAINAGE caught my attention. An anagram of her name using the word DRAINAGE is DRAINAGE START. So where in the directions listed above, in the miles of 8 to 20 on the vector lines, is there a starting place for water drainage?

And Lastly, I found the word for the Sun Sign ARIES in her name. Tara does not have one planet deposited at her birth in the sign of ARIES, so who does? Any of the suspects born between March 21st and April 20th? Or at the least have a natal birth planet deposited in the sign of Aries? Would love to know?

In cases the don't ever get solved, Mercury is usually retrograde at the time of the crime, it is not so in this case of Tara's disappearance, so this crime against her will be solved its just a matter of time. The Moon's progressed movement from the the time of disappearance reveals solvability near September of 2006.

The evidence needed can be seen by the planet Mercury at the time of the crime as well. Which is in the sign of Scorpio, indicating personal property, such as land, or vehicles, and because Mercury is involved in an opposition to Mars in Taurus, work clothes or a uniformed used for working in certain conditions.

Natalee Halloway

An Astrological Glimpse in the matter of Natalee Holloway

Although I have faith that the truth to Natalee's demise and whereabouts will unfold from the relentless pursuit of her family, friends, and our justice system, I can't refrain from taking a peek at her stars and her name for some insight, and assistance. I hope what is written here will serve this young beautiful women who sadly had monsters determine her fate.

Natalee Holloway, born 10-21-87 had several very haunting planetary aspects that signify the particulars that surrounded her disappearance. These aspects will also suggest the most likely environments to be searched for her remains. In addition, the chart erected for her disappearance will offer directions of geographical movements for her location.

The aspects are:

Mars/Pluto Square
Keywords here are Sudden Unexpected Violence (Mars in Aquarius) with Rape and Death as an outcome (Pluto in Scorpio).

Venus/Mercury Conjunction

Keywords here are Smooth Talking Charm and Deception (Mercury in Scorpio) coupled with the Desire for Sex (Venus in Scorpio). This aspect also suggests death (Scorpio) by the choking (Venus) of food or hands (Mercury).

The above aspects along with the Moon's influence as a health significator in opposition to Saturn surely suggests a short life. In addition, I noted afflictions from outer planets that compound the chances for loss of life.

Although these aspects describe exactly what has been already revealed by media during Natalee's visit and demise in Aruba, these aspects can also tell us about where her remains may be located...meaning what type of environment will her remains rest.

Astrologically Pluto is the planet that rules the corpse. Pluto in Scorpio in Square to Mars suggests a deep murkey place (pluto in scorpio) near a mined (Mars) mineral (in Aquarius). This hidden resting place would be deep underground (scorpio) and concealed with something ordinary and old (Moon in Gemini opposing Saturn and trined to Mars).

Due to the fact that I do not have an exact time of birth for Natalee, it is the chart I erected for the time of her disappearance which I will use to ascertain a direction of movement for her and a location for her remains discussed later in this writing. I have observed, in past cases of abduction, that at the time of the disappearance there is usually a connecting aspect between the sign that was rising at the time of the disappearance and a planet's exact measurement in the natal chart. Hence, this can offer an exacting timeline for the events that took place.

An Astrological Time Line of Events for the early morning hours of May 30th, 2005

The chart I erected for 1:30AM on May 30th shows Capricorn rising at 13 degrees which is 10 degrees past Natalee's natal Neptune positioned at 3 degrees. By re-erecting the disappearance chart to 12:50 AM when 3 degrees of Capricorn would be passing the ascendant and making a connection to her Neptune this would indicate exactly a time for when Natalee would be making a poor decision, and/or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or met up with deception.

At 3:05 AM (2 hours and 10 mintues later) her natal Mars at 7 degrees of Aquarius would be connecting to the ascendant indicating that it would be near this time of the morning that violent acts had struct. This lapse of time would surely be adequate for them driving to a location and the progressing gang rape that took place. This situation sort of gives me the feeling that while Natalee was interested in only one of the boys romantically, it was after a tangle with him that the others joined in and took their turns with her; and Natalee's objection led to a beating and possibly a spell of sickness as indicated by her natal Moon/Jupiter aspect.

By 5:05 AM when Pisces was rising at 10 degrees with Moon/Uranus culminating and connecting nearly to Natalee's natal Jupiter at 13 degrees of Pisces the night was finally done. I am wondering what time a witness (and if it was a women?) was said to have seen the brothers cleaning their vehicle.

In working to find a location for Natalee's remains I noticed that during the course of the evening after leaving the club most of the planets are positioned in the lower hemisphere of the chart and the aspects between them are showing two highly probable geographical directions. One should be the direction where the rape and murder event took place, and the other could be where they hid Natalee's remains. However, an online Travel guide website gave Northeast directions to the Lighthouse using highway 1A. If this is true, than that Lighthouse is in the direction of Jupiter in the disappearance chart.

Anyhow, the following are my ideas for high probable directions as offered by the gravitational pull of the planets at the time of her disappearance as reflect in the chart to the left. One only needs to lay this chart over the area of the bar where Natalee was last seen and use the planets therein to point in the directions of actions and locations.


SouthWest in the direction of the Moon/Uranus Conjunction

South East in the direction of the Mercury/Sun Conjunction

North by East in the direction of Jupiter.

The distance in mileage from nightclub to locations in the above directions could be; 3 miles, 8 miles or 10 miles.

Before closing, I will use Natalee Holloway's name to reveal what it has to offer in the matter of her demise. This technique should not be underestimated. It has the ability to tell us what otherwise would never be known. Experience and usage in past cases of abduction and murder, I have seen the victims name's foretell, unerringly, the facts belonging to the crimes committed against them.

For example,

In the case of POLLY HANNAH KLAAS, who was found murdered beneath planks of plywood near a lumber mill 50 miles from her home, had the words HASH LOP LAY PLY PLANKS ON POLLY. Her killer, Richard Allen Davis, reported to having smoked Hashish the night he abducted and murdered Polly.

In the case of KALI ANN POULTON, who was found murdered and submerged in a 30,ooo gallon cooling tank by her neighbor at the Nortel Building in New York had the words, NATAL LINK PAL PUT KALI IN A POLUTION TANK IN A NO(R)-TEL PLANT.

In the case of NATALEE HOLLOWAY, the following is what I found to be suggestive of who, what and where using only the words that can be formed from the letters of her name.

I found the words TELL A HELL TALE ON A ALOHA which certainly describes her vacationing and her demise.

I also found the words to say, NOT ONE, NOT TWO, but A LOYAL LETHAL TALLY to describe that there was more than one person involved in her disappearance. I even noted that Natalee's name foretells that ONE TEEN A LOWLY NATAL LEO...meaning that one of the person involved is a local who was born during late July or early August when the Sun is transitting Leo. Natalee does not have any planets deposited in the sign of Leo when she was born, nor were any of the planets deposited in the sign of Leo when she disappeared. So someone else does.

Her name even offers the word THEY again suggesting more than one person involved. I was able to string together the words THEY WANT A YEN TOY which describes her assailants as having a desire to use her as they wished. When I found the words NATALEE LOATH THE YEN, I knew that she would have fought them at their attempts. The words, THEY WALE, THEN HEW A LETHAL WELT surely suggest that they hit her and caused damage. The words, NOW THEY LEAN TO TOW NATALEE AWAY tell me that they took her somewhere else to hide her remains.

In remembering that Natalee stars suggest a place deep in the Earth and seeking the word HOLE and WELL, well I just couldn't let that pass. I thought about WET HOLE such as a WELL is considered. So I strung there words along with a few others to say, THEY TOW NATALEE TO A WET HOLE...WET HOLE A WELL ON A OLE LLANO LANE. The word LLANO means a grassy plain. The word OLE LLANO LANE suggest an area that is not in use any more and perhaps no longer well traveled.

These next words I found extremely disturbing because they even name a road in Aruba and a direction; the words are ... THEY TOW NATALEE NE ON HWY ONE A ... THEY LAY NATALEE NEATH A LATH ON A LONELY OLE WELL LANE.

I tried to search for some topographical maps of Aruba to see if I could note some of these areas in direction offered by the planets, but I had no luck. One more thought, I found the words NOT EATEN, which sort of tells me that they didn't feed Natalee to the sharks as an article reported could have been a possiblity. I don't think these guys would have staked their freedom in the unpredicable teeth of sharks.

ON HALLOWEEN WE WANT TO ATONE TEEN TO HELL

Lastly, when Natalee disappeared the Moon was progressing to form an aspect with the Sun and then Uranus. This indicates to me that her case will be solved. From the date of her disappearance it will take 5 months for the Moon to make the exact conjunction with the Sun and 7 months to complete with Uranus. I will dare to predict that Natalee will be found, and note time periods for important events will be near late October (HALLOWEEN) and December.

The Facts on Child Homicides

A child's abduction, disappearance, or murder is every parent's most horrid nightmare. Yet, the state of being "missing" remains only a matter of our limited perception.

On May 13, 1997, the State of Washington’s Attorney General (SWAG) released a report of their "one-of-its-kind Child Homicide Study". The study examined more than 600 child homicides covering cases from 44 states. It reported that in 74% of the cases, the victims were found dead within three hours after abduction. In this report, Attorney General Christine Gregiore said, “This study uncovers some striking patterns that shatter commonly-held beliefs which, in the past, have worked against police, parents, and the victims. As in their study, my story here will also shatter commonly-held beliefs. Only this time, the results will be in favor of the police, parents, and victims.

During the course of my own independent study, I have correlated the facts and particulars that surrounded abducted children found murder, with the facts relevant to the astronomical process at the time of their disappearances, and their births. I believe that if a more thorough study could be made in this vein against a wider exposure of cases, and the same observances made; perhaps, the astronomical process if applied, in combination with sound investigative procedures at the onset of a missing child investigation, it could serve to reveal the highest possible geographical directions to target our searches, as well as gain insight to their abductors.

According to the findings released in the SWAG study, there is no time to waste looking in the wrong direction for an abducted child. The Attorney General’s study concluded that “Timing in reporting a missing child and the police response to those reports is absolutely critical. Quick action on both counts may save a child’s life and will certainly improve the probability of apprehending the kidnapper”. The report also showed, "...that when the police did not know the initial contact site, the solvability rate dropped 40% below average. When known, the solvability increased 13% above average". While their report was covering, retrospectively, the results of hundreds of cases investigated primarily through traditional methods, I knew that those two factors of time and place could be essentially applied to the astronomical process for assistance.

I will be posting only some of what I have observed during the course of my twelve year study into the solved cases of abducted and murdered children. I then proceed to applied the astronomical process to cases of abduction that still remain unsolved. My findings offer detailed, yet incomplete, suggestions to the possible whereabouts of those who are still missing and clues about their abductor. I feel strongly that the murdered children of the past are speaking loudly for the children who are among the missing today.

Astrological Profiling

Note: This work came about after a long study of solved cases wherein I observed the numeric facts in a crime parallel the numeric facts in the astronomical process at the time of the victims birth and disappearance.

THE MISSING CHILDS NATAL BIRTH MAP

The first step of my process is analyzing the abducted child's natal birth map, if the exact time of birth is know, which sites the sign position and measurement of the planets on the day of birth, this chart will offer if the child can be expected to have passed on the day of abduction, or is still alive. It takes several hard aspects transiting the natal planets to suggest a death. This is crucial information that is essential as to how seaching for the child will take place.

The Natal Birth Map and its planetary sign positions and aspects will also help to suggest...

• who is responsible for the murder or abduction, such as a stranger or someone familiar to the child.
  
• what type of environment the victim would naturally gravitate; such as water, woods, etc.
  
• what geographical directions are the highest probable for movement and direction, such North, South, East or West.

THE CHART-TO-MAP TECHNIQUE

The second step of my process is the Chart-to-Map technique which involves the erection of an astronomical chart that maps the mathematical positions of the Sun and Moon, and the eight major planets, at the exact “time and location” of the child’s disappearance.

I have consistently observed that the astronomical chart erected for the exact time and place of a childs' disappearance or abduction, always revealed one of the luminaries (the Sun or Moon), or one of the eight major planets, Mercury thru Pluto, aligned in the very same geographical direction where the remains of the child were recovered. This chart must be considered in combination with a map of the area to show the possible locations.

When this charts' center point is positioned over a map of the abduction area, the position of the planets in that chart can be tempered as a clock or compass, and one of the ten directions offered by the planets position in this chart will reveal the direction to target searches. This technique can even help to site the roads that may have been used to transport the victim. Another observance that I made, and have been given increasing amounts of importance, is the measuring of the planets celestial longitude in both the birth chart and in the disappearance chart; together they consistently appear to reveal, either exactly or nearly, the compass bearing and the mileage for movement with the abducted child.

Most often police have nothing to go on in cases of the stranger abducted child, because child abductors are good at what they do; and at the least, police have to effort a thorough search in areas around the residence that logically appear might be a fruitful location for their whereabouts, such as fields, lakes, rivers, etc. Using the map-to-chart technique, if there are five of those such places surrounding the area, I believe that the chart-to-map technique combined with the planet's measurement in longitude can help narrow those areas down to target the more probable locations and not waste crucial time.

The SWAG experts reported from their study, that in most cases, we only have three hours to get our child back alive. So there is no time to waste looking in the wrong direction or places, or at the wrong people. From the case examples posted here, you'll see how the astronomical process, if used properly and applied, can help immediately answer the questions "who and where" in cases of missing children. Case Examples

Abduction/Murder Seaside, California CHRISTINA WILLIAMS

Following the stars in the matter of Seaside, California's CHRISTINA WILLIAMS, the map below has the disappearance chart’s center point positioned over the area where she was abducted. It clearly revealed the Sun, Mercury and Mars positioned in the west by north area of the chart aligning directly out to the area where her remains were recovered seven months later.

The polices' prior search of this area fell just some thousand feet short of her remains location. Perhaps they would have extended it if they knew that a peek at the planets position at the time of her disappearance offered that direction from her home as a high probability. Seven months didn’t have to pass before we learned of her fate; Nor the passing of time that destroyed the evidence from her remains that could have led us to her killers. The two man last seen with her are still out there. That disturbs me.

In the case of Petaluma, California'sPolly Hannah Klaas the police had both the exact time and location of her abduction. In Barry Bortnick’s book, “Polly Klaas: The Murder of America’s Child”, it stated that an expansive radio alert didn’t go out until ninety minutes after the abduction; Nor did it make all the available channels.

At approximately 10:35 PM, on 10/01/93 when Polly was taken out of her own bedroom by Richard Allen Davis, the Moon was powerfully elevated in the Northwest sky 24 degrees of celestial longitude in the constellation of Aries. One hour later, 24 North miles away, Sonoma County Deputies detained Davis for trespassing on private property. Polly was still alive gagged and tied in the brush nearby.

Columbus, Ohio's Laura S. Grant

A neighbor heard screams coming from Laura's apartment at 12:35 am on 5/18/96. The Moon, at that moment, was powerfully elevated 6 degrees and 55 minutes in the sign of Libra in the Northeast sky. This measurement rounded off brings the Moon's measurement to 7 degrees.
After Jason Sexton murdered Laura Grant in her apartment, he and his cousin, wrapped her in the quilt from her bed and dumped her remains 7 Northeast miles away in the Hoover Reservoir.

Steven Stayner was abducted on his way home from school from Merced, California on 12/4/72 at approximately 2:10 PM. The case of this abducted seven year old can teach us plenty.
The chart erected for that time is posted here and clearly reveals a high concentration of planets aligned in the West by North direction. His abductor took him to live in a cabin in Catheys Valley which was no more than a half hour West by North drive of his home in Merced.
The map below illustrates the chart erected for his disappearance. The center point of the chart is position over the area where he was last seen. You'll notice the red line is moving from this center point to the area in Cathy's Valley where Steven was taken. You should have also noticed that how the planets positions in this chart are also pointing in this direction.

Kristy Steuben voluntarily disappeared on November 20th, 2000 from Canon City, Colorado. The particulars of her case support how both planets and their measurement in celestial degrees of longitude can offer us the geographical directions in which to focus our search for the missing in the future.

Kristy Steuben's was found on November 13 2001 by two hikers, who perchance, just happened to veer off the beaten path of the Tanner Trail.

The area of the Tanner Trail where she was found is 4 southwest miles, as the crow flies, from her home and about 15 minutes in from the trail head. At time of her disappearance the planet Uranus, was positioned low in the southwest sky in the direction of the Tanner Trail. More importantly however, was that at her birth, Uranus, was positioned in this same South by West direction and measuring 4 degrees of Libra. In addition, the planet Uranus can be expressed in total degree notation as 184 total degrees of celestial longitude. From her home to the area 15 minutes from the trail head where she was found it is 184 degrees in compass bearing. This is not a coincidence. It is the universe in harmonic balance. This observance is supporting my theory that longitude will give compass bearing for the location of missing persons. Until now I have only been able to guess at locations based only on planetary positioning.

Celestial Longitude

360 Degrees of Untold Gold

I observed that there is exacting information about our missing children hidden within a measuring system of our own ancient design, the 360 degree circle. In astronomy we use this 360 circle to measure the whereabouts of the planets in their orbit around the sun. We express this measurement in degrees, minutes, and seconds of celestial longitude.

In victims of abduction, I have disturbingly seen the numbers appearing in the measuring degrees of celestial longitude for the planets at both their birth and disappearance to appear as the numeric facts in their life and the crimes committed against them.

For example, I have seen the Longitude of the planets reveal …

The miles traveled in distance
The routes used to travel with the victim.
The date of birth of the abductor
The date the abductor is arrested
The date the victim's remains are recovered
The degree of true north compass bearing for the victim's location.

An important fact to understand is that all the planets have their own orbital speed in which they revolve around the Sun. For instance, it takes Jupiter approximately one year to make one revolution (transit all 360 degrees) of the sun. It takes Mercury 81 days to do so. Their transit of the whole 360 degree notation can only be expressed in degrees ranging from 0 to 359. So the planets daily measurement in degrees of longitude is constantly changing. This knowledge doesn't allow one to regard the measuring numbers as coincidental when these numbers repeat themselves in the facts of a crime.

As the planets transit the twelve signs of the zodiac belt, within the 360 degree circle, their measurement in those particular signs can only be expressed in a measurement that ranges from 0 to 29 degrees. So again that daily measurement in a particular sign is also changing constantly. This knowledge also doesn't allow one to regard the measuring numbers as coincidental when these numbers repeat themselves in the facts of a crime.

These numerical facts suggest, and are what you will witness below, is that this is not a coincidence but the universe's own magnetic synchronicity that we are apart. The cases below prove that Longitude has more to offer us than what was originally intended.

In the case of Christina Williams (an abducted child found murdered), who was born on 5/1/89, had the planets Mars, Neptune, and Pluto at birth, all positioned at 3 degrees of longitude in three separate signs of the zodiac. Her remains were found 3 miles from her home in the East by North direction of where the Sun, Mercury and Mars were aligning at the time of her disappearance.

In the case of Sara Anne Wood, I saw that the planets Jupiter and Saturn at her birth both positioned at 188 total degrees of celestial longitude at the time of her birth. Out of the 365 days of the year that Sara could have been abducted, the event occurred on a day that shared in this same numeric notation, 8/18. In addition, Mercury, at her birth was 320 total degrees of celestial longitude, and Pluto was 203 total degrees of celestial longitude. There are 24 hours out of the day when Sara could have been abducted. It was reported that she was last seen at 2:30 PM. The same numeric notation that appears in the measurement of Sara’s stars at birth appears as a numeric fact in this most crucial point in her life.

Let me also add here, that Sara's progressed Moon at the time of abduction was 22 degrees Virgo. Sara disappeared from Frankfort, New York and from Frankfort to the intersection of Rt. 28 and the Town of Inlet's Limekiln Road (where a search for her was conducted by the New York State Police, and the FBI, based on her killers information) has a true north compass bearing of 22 degrees. At Sara's disappearance, the planets Uranus and Neptune were both 28 degrees of Capricorn. In total degree notation they become 288 degrees. Lewis Lent told authorities that he used Rt. 8 to get to Rt. 28 to head into the Adirondack Park Region.

In the case of Kali Ann Poulton, who was murdered by her neighbor and found dead, had the planet Jupiter at birth 098 total degrees of celestial longitude. That same numeric notation appears in the date that Mark Christi confessed to her murder, August 9th, or otherwise written, 8/09.

The planet Mars at Kali’s birth was 180 degrees of celestial longitude. Her remains were removed from a 30,000 gallon cooling tank at the NorTel Building in Rochester on August 10th, otherwise written as, 8/10.

She was found 27 months after her abduction. Her Sun at birth is 27 degrees Virgo. I found Mark Christi’s date of birth to be October, 28th,or otherwise written as, 10/28. Kali’s Sun, the star that has astrological influence over the males in a females life, at the age of her abduction, had progressed to be 182 degrees of celestial longitude. The measurement of Kali's Sun at the time of her murder actually held the numeric digits that could make the date of her killers' birthday.

In the case of Polly Hannah Klaas, who was abducted and found murdered, I noted that her killer, Richard Allen Davis’ birthday is June 2nd, otherwise written as, 6/02. Polly at birth, had the planet Venus 260 total degrees of longitude. Those same exact digits make for date of birth for her killer.

When Richard Allen Davis was born on 6/02/54, Venus was 101 total degrees of celestial longitude. He abducted Polly on 10/1. The planet Pluto, is astrologically associated with the corpse, and was 142 total degrees of celestial longitude at Davis' birth. Polly’s remains were uncovered on 12/4.

The planet Venus at the time of the abduction was 12 degrees Virgo. Davis used Route #12 to turn onto Plythian Road where he was first detained by Sonoma County Deputies while Polly was still alive. From the point of Petaluma to the Intersection of Rt.12 and Plythian Road there is a true north compass bearing of 12 degrees.

In the case of Laura Grant, her Jupiter at birth was 28 degrees Libra, it was on the 28th of May that she was murdered. On May 28th, when Laura was murdered the planet Venus was 27 degrees of Gemini. Her remains were recovered from the Hoover Reservoir on February 27th.

As already mentioned above, the Moon at the time of her abduction was 6 degrees 55 Minutes of Libra, rounded off it is 7 degrees. The Hoover Reservoir where her remains were dumped was 7 miles away. From her apartment complex at 1333 Scenic Bluff Drive to the Sunbury Road Bridge, from where her remains were dumped, the true north compass bearing is 27 degrees. Again as already mentioned, Venus at the time of her disappearance was 27 degrees Gemini.

You should have observed that it is was not always the same planet doing the foretelling of geographic direction or giving the true north compass bearing. As a matter of fact, while it was one planet that gave whereabouts, it was another that gave mileage, and still yet another that gave compass bearing. This is the frustrating part of my observations into these cases, especially when applying this method to new cases of abduction and missing persons. But at the least, it can be considered that one, or more of the ten planets and their measurement can be trusted to give some detailed help in narrowing down the location possibilities.

I don't claim to have all the answers to why the measurement of a planet should show itself to us in the form of a date in time, or true north compass bearing for a missing persons' whereabouts. I suppose, as residents of this universe, we exist here as a part of its natural harmonic rhythms and have our own specific place within it that can be measured by the cycles existing at the time of our own birth.

This next technique is the last of the three, the most disturbing, and I use it to ties all my thoughts together. This technique, can be done by anybody, and it simply involves the letters that make up the victim’s full name.

The victims full name is broken down to its lowest from by obtaining a list of all the words that can be formed using only the letters that comprise their full name. This list of words can be considered a lexicon of the victim's full name.

Intelligently meditating on the words found can offer amazing details into what can manifest into matter during the course of the victims life. I have seen the words from a victims name when carefully considered

• give essential details about the victims abductor that would otherwise never be known. I have also
• seen it describe the scenic temperature of the area where the remains are located.

You just need to be able to hear "their words" with different ears.

My experience teaches me that the younger the child at their abduction the more the majority of the words found in their name will describe their particular fatal circumstance. The older they are, the more difficult it is as they have had time to bring the words to fruit in other areas of their life.

You’ll note as you read through the writing below that the words that can be born from the victims own names will always be depicted in BOLD CAPITOL letters. Here are some short examples of this technique applied to some observed cases.

In the case of CHRISTINA WILLIAMS the police have a composite sketch of the two men she was seen with in the back seat of their car. I found the words CRIMINAL TWINS SNATCH A SAINT in her name. CRIMINAL TWINS, ARIANS STARS. Christina was born on May 1st when the Sun is in the sign of Taurus, not Aries. I believe her name is telling us that her abductors are related and born during a time of year when the Sun is in Aries which would be between April 20th and May 21st. Her killers are still out.

In the case of SARA ANNE WOOD, whose killer, Lewis S. Lent, was a stranger to her and who traveled over 124 miles to abduct her, confessed to leaving Sara in the Adirondacks Town of Inlet area just south of where the Fulton Chain of Lakes is located. She had the words WANDER DON ENDOWS A SEA WOODS AREA in her name.

In the case of KALI ANN POULTON whose killer hid her remains in a thirty thousand gallon cooling tank where he worked part time as a guard for Pinkerton security had the words KELPTO A PINKE(R)TON PUNK in her name. Every letter for the name of his place of work was in her name except for the R. The words describing where he disposed of her KELPTO PUT KALI IN A KOOL POLLUTION TANK IN A PLANT were also found in her name.

In the case of POLLY HANNAH KLAAS who was found beneath planks of plywood had the words HASH LOP LAYS PLY PLANKS ON POLLY. It was an drug smoking unemployed Richard Davis who put her there.

In the case of LAURA S. GRANT who was murdered by two men who delivered a used washer and dryer to her new apartment had the words RURAL RATS LUG RAGLAN TURN URNS in her name. The word RAGLAN is a type of sleeve which of course belongs to clothing. A washers' and dryers' barrels when loaded with clothing and performing their tasks can be imaged as TURN URNS, can they not?

This technique insists that we learn to hear with new ears to atone to the clues that lie hidden underneath our noses. Names our powerful and have a life of their own that without error describe and supports its owner life.

Designing a Sun Block for Child Abductions

An abducted child is every parents' most horrid nightmare and every detective’s most silent cringe. According to a report released by the State of Washington’s Attorney General’s Office (SWAG) in May of 1997, the SWAG study found that the chances of recovering an abducted child alive will grow grimmer as the hours pass. In “74% of the cases the victims were found dead within three hours after their abduction”(1). Hence, in the case of child abductions there is no time to waste focusing on the wrong suspects.

There are two thought provoking findings revealed in the SWAG’s study that suggests, to the astrologically minded, that perhaps the art and science of Astrology (the study of the planets on human behavior), could offer an immediate means of identifying a child’s abductor if the principals of Astrology are explored at length. The two findings in the study (which resulted from the particulars that surrounded 600 child homicide cases from 44 states) that pushed attention over to Astrology were that “in 60% of the cases the abductors were found to be white males, unmarried. It is astrological principal that the zodiacal sign placement of the Sun (which is considered to possess masculine properties) will at one's birth, describe the males that will play important roles in that person’s life; whether for good or evil. This includes a child’s abductor; which again, the SWAG’s study found, is likely to be male (1).

The other finding in the SWAG’s study was that, “in 53% of the cases, the children and their abductor were strangers” (1). It can be figured from the balance of the 53% of children who were abducted by strangers, that the other 47% of the children in this study knew their abductors. It can then be furthered assumed from the figures presented that the chances of a newly abducted child, knowing or not knowing their abductor, is almost equal. With this in mind, it leads to the assumption that law enforcement could certainly use a means that will help them immediately direct their focus on a known or unknown abductor—especially when time is of the essence.

Astrology could find its merit in abducted children cases if it was applied to the same cases that encompassed the SWAG’s study. By applying the quality of each zodiac sign at the birth of each abducted child in the SWAG study and cross-matching the zodiac sign with the fact of whether the child knew or didn’t know their abductor; perhaps, a discernable pattern will exist and the result in turn can be a predictive tool to be used in future cases of abduction. Police would be able to better direct their focus when canvassing neighborhoods.

The SWAG’s study was conducted in cooperation with, and at the request of, the U.S. Justice Department. The project, which took three-year to complete, was motivated by the desire to learn how to investigate abduction type crimes against children. The study found that since there are only 100 child abduction murders in the United States each year, the “infrequency” of their occurrence doesn’t allow for any skills to be learned and applied when investigating these crimes (1). The over all breath of the report suggests that in the past the police didn’t know how to handle cases of abducted children. Although the SWAG study made great breakthroughs SWAG still lack the ability and means to quickly ascertain whether a child knows or does not know their abductor when a new case arises. When no public eye witnessing exists, law enforcement might be able to learn more about such abductions if they take an astrological view of the Sun.

The word Astrology is derived from the Greek words, "astra", a star, and "logos", logic or reason. These two words literally imply the doctrine and law as shown by the stars or planets. The twelve signs of the zodiac belt make up the 360 degree band of space containing the orbit of the planets. The planets in their orbit around the Sun transverse the twelve signs of the zodiac belt. Each of the twelve zodiac signs (Aries thru Pisces) possesses a certain quality all their own.

An important advocate of the zodiac signs in Astrology was the very well respected and great contributor to the field of Psychology, Carl G. Jung. According to written correspondences between Sigmund Freud (another great contributor to the field of Psychology) and Carl Jung found in The Freud/Jung Letters, Jung wrote to Freud:
I dare say that we shall one day discover a good deal of knowledge that has been intuitively projected into the heavens. For instance, it appears that the signs of the zodiac are character pictures. In other words, libido symbols which depict the typical qualities of the libido at a given moment.

Perhaps Jung, after his own observance into the validity of signs of the zodiac would agree today that it would be worth a further look in the matters of abducted children. According to Robert Hand, an avid Jung follower, in his book entitled, Planets in Transit, imparts that:
The transitting Sun has to do with men in general who you may encounter and persons in authority of either sex. Afflictions from the transitting Sun often indicate problems with authorities or men (47).

What is meant by "Afflictions", as referred to by Hand, are the aspects (by mathematical angle) from other planets to the Sun which will describe what type of problem with men one might endure in their lifetime.

Let's take a look at two cases of abducted females, who were later found murdered, and who knew their abductors. This first case is in the matter of New York’s Kali Ann Poulton. According to press writer Ben Dobbin, in an article entitled, Ex-neighbor Killed 4-Year-Old, published in South Coast Today, it was learned that Kali’s neighbor, Mark Christi, confessed to her murder. Mark Christi had known Kali from the playground near both of their homes. It was noted from a flyer circulated by the National Center for Missing & Exploited children that Kali Ann Poulton was born on September 20, 1989. A check of The American Ephermris for the 20th Century reveals that the Sun was positioned in the constellation (or zodiac sign) of Virgo.

Another abducted and murdered female who knew her abductor was Danielle Van Dam. According to Caruso and Maier in their book entitled, They’re Killing Our Children, it was learned that Danielle’s neighbor, David Westerfield, was her killer (10). A date of birth for Danielle as September 22, 1994 was taken from a memorial page hosted by the Elizabeth Smart web site. A check of The American Ephermis for the 20th Century reveals that the Sun at Danielle’s birth was also positioned in the constellation (or zodiac sign) of Virgo.

Both Danielle and Kali had their Sun’s positioned at birth in the zodiac sign of Virgo, and both had been abducted and murdered by their neighbors. Taking the influence of the constellation of Virgo a step further I noted that Kali’s killer, Mark Christi, was a security guard according to Dobbin. Danielle’s killer, David Westerfield, according to Caurso and Maeir, engineered the design of medical devices (57). The sign of Virgo has historically been associated with people who wear uniforms and who gravitate towards the fields. The Virgo sign signature had described details about both their abductors.

Taking a look at two cases of abducted females, who didn’t know their abductors. The first case is in the matter of New York’s Sara Anne Wood. According to press writer William Kates, in an article entitled, "Lent Gets 25 to Life for Kidnapping, Murder", published in South Coast Today, it is learned that Sara’s killer, Lewis S. Lent, traveled over one hundred miles from Massechusetts to New York to abduct her. In A Nationwide Publication of Missing Children it was reported that Sara Anne Wood was born on March 4, 1981 (21). A check of The American Ephermris for the 20th Century reveals that the Sun was positioned in the constellation (or zodiac sign) of Pisces.

In the abduction and murder of California’s Polly Hannah Klaas shows another zodiac sign. In A Nationwide Publication of Missing Children it was reported that Polly Klaas was born on January 3, 19 81 (21). It was noted from The American Ephemeris for the 20th Century 1900 to 2000 at Noon, that on that day, the Sun was positioned in the sign of Capricorn. Barry Bornick, in this book entiltled, Polly Klaas: The Murder of America’s Child, tells readers that Polly’s killer, Richard Allen Davis, stopped in Petaluma on his way traveling to the town of Ukiah. Davis was a stranger to Polly (27).

The zodiac belt starts with the zodiac sign of Aries at zero degrees of the ecliptic. Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, and Virgo complete the first half of the belt. Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces finish the wheel. In the cases mentioned above strangers are present in the later signs of the Capricorn and Pisces; while the earlier sign of Virgo saw neighbor as the abductors. This type of observation, if explored further against the SWAG’s study, could become very distinguishable.

If a more complete and comprehensive study was made using the cases already included in the SWAG’s study astrological awareness is cases of missing children could offer police something of extreme value to their investigations . The data needed to conduct the additional study is already collected. Checking birth dates for Sun sign position would be almost effortless. Once the numbers were in, intelligent minds (which would have to include a few seasoned Astrologers) could sift though the data and see what kind of correlations exist. What they find might surprise them.

Police Officers, who wouldn’t ordinarily trust the use of Astrology would might give it more credence if the idea was forth coming by experts such as the SWAG’s study. The only other problem foreseen would lie in error. Meaning that if the taking of birth data is inadvertently recorded it will cause a misinterpretation of a child’s Sun sign and that could send an investigation into the wrong direction.

The U. S. Justice Department should seriously consider taking another in depth look at the cases in their child homicide study. Only this time applying an astrological view. If the facts that develop show a high correlation of known or unknown abductors to specific zodiac signs, the approach can be used to offer an abductor’s identity when a new abducted child case arises and there are no public witnesses to the abduction that can help lead police in the right direction.

Justice for Erica

In the state of Ohio, this coming February will be a much colder winter for one family in particular. For the Baker family, February of 2004, will herald the 5th year anniversary of their nine-year-old daughter’s strange and sudden disappearance. This unusual missing child case has frustrated both the parents of Erica Baker and the Kettering Police Department for too long; But the discontent does not come from a lack of clues or leads in the possible perpetrators of Erica’s demise; but is due to a legal strap that involves an officer of the courts’ loyalty to her professional code of ethics.

The disappearance of Erica Baker is not your average missing child case. According to the results of a study that included 600 cases from 44 states conducted by the State of Washington’s Attorney General Office, “74% of the abducted/murdered children included in their study were found dead within three hours after their abduction”; it was also found in their study that, “the average abductor is a twenty-seven year old male”. Erica’s case is different in that she remains one of those children whose remains are still missing after more than 4 years, and that more than one person (one of which is a female), is allegedly, responsible.

According to several separate articles published by the Dayton Daily News (DDN) and The Cincinnati Enquirer (TCE) to be cited and presented in the following pages, there appears to be impending hope that Erica Baker’s remains may soon be recovered. Not until however, Attorney Beth Lewis, caves in to the legal oath she took to uphold the ‘sacredness’ of the client-attorney privilege which allows her to keep confidential all communications between herself an one of Erica’s suspected killers. Jan Franks, is one of the suspected killers who has since expired from a drug overdose.

It is this writers’ personal opinion that Jan Franks’ attorney, Beth Lewis, should tell what she knows (if anything) about Erica Bakers demise simply because it would be the moral thing to do in regards to the human spirit. I plan on presenting my case for this decision in this writing. Until then, let it be simply understood here that this writer considers that knowing the whereabouts of our children, whether dead or alive, should have intrinsic value for all of us. Children are essentially “good” and they deserve more than what the law, to date, has written to provide for their best interest in cases of abduction and murder.

According to an article entitled, “Family Frustrated by Lawyer’s Silence” written by Janice Morse for The Cincinnati Enquire (TCE), dated 6/29/02, this story begins when Erica Baker was last seen on February 7, 1999 while walking the family dog in her Kettering, Ohio neighborhood. Cold weather, snow, and ice produced from the days past still hovered in the air and covered most of the ground. When Erica’s canine returned home and Erica did not—that is where this chilling saga begins.

Offered to this writer in an article entitled, “Death Stymies Case”, written by Tom Beyerlein of the DDN, Kettering Police “first learned of Franks possible ties to the Erica Baker case when a jailhouse informant implicated Franks and her Springfield boyfriend in July of 1999”. The article also offered that, “a prison inmate led police to supposed gravesites”. But, no body was ever found.

This same article also reported that one of Jan Frank’s own family members implicated her in Erica’s disappearance as noted from the following excerpt:

John Claggett, Franks’ half-brother, said he learned the story of Franks’ involvement after her death, from their half-sister, Alica. According to Claggett, Alicia said Jan told her “they was all on heroin. He (the Springfield boyfriend) was driving. My understanding is there was three people in the van. They hit her (Erica) and then they took the body and hid it somewhere.

Providing more information in regards to Jan Franks’ involvement is an article entitled, “Lawyer Might Shed Light on Erica Theory”, also written by Tom Beyerlein of the DDN. This article tells readers that it was Erica Baker’s grandmother, Pam Schmidt, who is responsible for bringing Jan Franks attorney, Beth Lewis, into this matter.

Subsequently, when Jan Franks received a letter from the Baker family imploring Franks’ to tell them where Erica is buried, Attorney Beth Lewis, who was defending Jan Franks on fraudulent government check charges at the time, phoned Pam Schmidt to advise the Baker family to “stop harassing” her client. Hence, upon Franks death, Pam Smidht hired her own attorney who found that there is a statue in place in Ohio that provides a “rare exception” to attorney-client privilege.

According to the DDN article, the exception is, “When the client dies and the surviving spouse of a trustee of the client’s estate consents to disclosure of information provided by the dead client”. According to this article, once Pam Schmidt turned over “rare exception finding” to the police, Montgomery County Prosecutors obtained permission from Jan Franks’ husband, Shane Franks, to waive his wife’s rights to the attorney client privilege.

Now, “prosecutors want to know what a drug addict (Jan Franks) told her lawyer before her death last December…” The case for over a year now has been tied up in the courts, and Lewis, has once spent a bout of jail time in contempt.

After digesting the plethora of articles appearing on this matter, much of it repeating the same story, it logically appears to this writer that the chances are almost equal that Jan Franks either told her attorney, Beth Lewis, something about the activities surrounding the day Erica Baker disappeared; or Franks told Lewis absolutely nothing.

Although I respect Lewis for honoring the code of legal ethics for which she is devoted, I have a hard time supporting her decision to do so when the same system for which she is so devoted has written a statute that would allow her to release any information she may have in regards to the disappearance of Erica Baker.

If Beth Lewis knows nothing about Erica’s demise she should speak simply for the sake of Kettering’s cost alone in investigating this crime. If she tells police that she knows nothing, it will relinquish both the interest of prosecutors, law enforcement detectives, and the Baker family from the idea that Lewis might hold privately something of key value to their case. Law enforcement can then change the course of their investigation and pursue other avenues in solving their crime. It seems obvious to this writer that money, time, and manpower are being unnecessarily wasted. For this reason alone if Beth Lewis knows nothing of Erica Baker's demise she should offer that up to law enforcement.

On the other hand, if Beth Lewis does know something about Erica’s demise I believe it is her moral duty to tell police what she knows. According to Louis P. Pojman, in his book, Ethics: Discovering Right & Wrong, “moral principals have hegemonic authority”. My interpretation of this is that, morally, if Lewis knew something that could be of value to Erica’s remains recovery or the close of the investigation, Lewis would be morally justified in disclosing what she knows. The moral issue of a murdered child would override the legal confinements.

The purpose of the attorney-client privilege, according to the United States Department of Justice, is to protect from discovery in civil litigation those confidential communications between an attorney and his client relating to a legal matter for which the client has sought professional advice. Such confidential communications are shielded from disclosure in order to encourage full and frank discussion between the client and his legal advisor.

Many Ohio lawyers throughout the articles collected by this writer agree with Mr. Feldmeirer, (Lewis’ attorney) that if Beth Lewis is forced to tell what she knows it will open the “flood-gates and will inflict uncertainty on all attorney-client relationships.” Of the many articles collected by this writer on this matter only one was found that holds the view of Beth Lewis.

In the article entitled, “Lawyer Still Mum on Erica”, written by Rob Modic for the DDN, Lewis was quoted,

“I took an oath. I believe in the system….I’m doing what I was taught. This is the only way that what ever my past and present and future clients tell me, they can trust it will remain confidential. Attorney-client privilege is absolutely sacred”.

Lewis’ point of view in the article went on to relay that she is in an extremely difficult position. Beth Lewis even went a step further and added that if their positions were reversed she would be doing exactly what the Baker’s are in their plight for Erica. As of this writing, Lewis is still holding to her oath.

After taking the time to find out more about the attorney/client privilege this writer found that the Attorney-Client Privilege is under attack in other areas of the country as well. Authors Lorriane Woellert and Paula Dwyer wrote an article for Business Week, dated 9/1/2003, entitled, “How Much Can You Still Tell Your Lawyers”. In short, the article relayed an interesting event in this excerpt:

American Bar Association (ABA) delegates voted to rewrite their code of professional conduct. The new guidelines allow—but do not require – attorneys to break confidence with a client and report possible corporate fraud to law-enforcement officials.

In another area of the above-mentioned article, it was cited that, “the Feds, and the courts are angered by evidence that lawyers helped white-collar criminals rip off shareholders, so they're starting to shoot new holes in the rule”. This article also enlightened it readers, “that on August 11th, in a divided vote, the ABA altered its ethics rule to allow lawyers to turn in their law-breaking clients”.

It is now obvious to this writer that even the ABA, the Feds, and the courts see what a problem the Attorney/Client privilege can pose when it is abused or misused, or interferes with the solving of crimes. The attorney strapped to his code of ethics, along with his felonious intending client can use the privilege for personal gain. The client in his wrongful doing and the attorney who continues to reap earnings in representation.

The breath of Woellert and Dwyer’s article was meant to draw attention to the crimes that are able to take place in securities fraud and embezzlements within companies because of lawyers and their clients being privileged to keep business transactions confidential. This finding leaves the impression that the client-attorney privilege seems to be more on the side of the criminal. It does not make sense to me that a person should be able to tell their lawyer that they were involved with the disappearance/murder of a little girl and then be able to be protected from prosecution of that crime.

Another incident attacking the client-attorney privilege can be seen after September 11th. Officials in Washington are doing what they can to bypass the Attorney-Client privilege in their efforts to fight the war on terror. Attorney General John Ashcroft, on October 26th, with President George Bush at his side, signed the, “…sweeping anti-terrorism legislation into law. It was done to prevent terrorist inmates or inmates who are a threat to national security from exploiting lawyer-client privilege and an inmate’s right to counsel…”. Here again, the attorney-client privilege appears to mostly serve those who are not law abiding.

Jan Franks, according to the numerous articles collected by this writer, had numerous accounts of criminal involvement causing her to be a burden to both herself and the community. In the “Death Stymies Case” article, it was revealed that 17 days before Erica’s disappearance Jan Franks was released on bond from a federal indictment for the forgery of a government treasury check. A mother herself, she abandoned six of her own children (all sired by different fathers), while she carried out her interests as a prostitute, thief, a forger and crack addict. She failed at every attempt to recover before she died of drug toxicity in a homeless shelter. It is not hard to conclude that Jan Franks’ character alone is non-deserving of the honor to which Lewis’ is devoted.

There is no doubt that Beth Lewis is honorable; and she has proved that she can be trusted. Yet surely, she cannot be exercising the best moral judgment when time is wasting away and a young child who has never had the chance to reach her own potential is resting in an unmarked grave. There is not a parent alive who would condemn Beth Lewis for revealing what she knows, if anything, about what happened to Erica Baker. As a matter of fact, in an on-line poll taken by the Dayton Daily News, which accompanied Rob Mofic’s article, “Lawyer Still Mum on Erica”, the question, Should attorney be forced to testify about Erica Baker, was polled. The results of the poll reported that 2330 people voted “yes”, while only 125 voted “no”.

The system for which Beth Lewis’ honor hales is changing because even the system itself is recognizing the flaws in the privilege is helping crime persist. The law itself has given her permission to tell what she knows because her client is dead and her husband has waived his wife’s right.

If Beth Lewis tells the court what she knows the ongoing investigation can productively resume in another direction. Or, perhaps Erica Baker can be found, unearthed, and then properly buried by her parents so that her life can be celebrated with dignity. It is an outcome that would hold promise in hearts of all parents painfully suffering the burden of a missing child. It is an outcome that would leave all of us intrinsically thankful that good moral judgments made by people with the power to make a difference regarding our children cannot be confined by any law.
